Meet Territory Mesh™
Remote properties are rarely arranged around a single pole or building. Territory Mesh lets the station connect to cameras, weather equipment, water sensors, gates, and other devices across the property without requiring long cable runs.
Wi-Fi
Best for
- Live cameras
- Video
- Nearby high-bandwidth devices
- Firmware updates
- Local dashboard access
Used where the device needs speed and is reasonably close to the station.
Territory Mesh Long Range
Technology: LoRa
Best for
- Water temperature
- Water level
- Gate sensors
- Soil sensors
- Snow depth
- Remote field nodes
Designed for small amounts of sensor data over long distances with very low power consumption.
Local Device Connection
Technology: Bluetooth
Best for
- Battery monitors
- Solar controllers
- Enclosure sensors
- Setup and diagnostics
Connects nearby system components without additional wiring.
Range depends on terrain, vegetation, antenna placement, and site conditions.

Property Stewardship Agent™
The future intelligence layer for Territory Remote. The Property Stewardship Agent is designed to interpret station data, cameras, sensors, property schedules, access activity, and maintenance information so owners are alerted to meaningful issues rather than forced to watch every feed and chart.
In short: the Dashboard shows you everything happening on the property. The Stewardship Agent watches that same data and tells you what actually needs your attention.
The agent will not automatically contact guests, close bookings, change availability, unlock gates, or control property equipment without explicit owner-approved rules and permissions. When it launches, the agent will notify the owner directly, and any proposed change will require the owner’s approval first. Planned as an optional add-on, priced and scoped separately from the station itself.

A product platform for remote land.
Territory Holdings builds platforms and infrastructure that expand responsible access to private outdoor land. Territory Remote is the company’s remote-property technology platform.
AnglerPass is its first specialized distribution channel, serving private fishing properties and the landowners who steward them — and the product is built to expand to ranches, hunting and conservation land, recreation properties, agriculture, cabins, private roads, and utility and infrastructure sites.
Stay Connected to the Land That Matters.
Check the gate before the drive. Inspect the property after a storm. Monitor a cabin, access road, parking area, or river corridor from anywhere.
Important disclosures
Territory Remote™ is a Territory Holdings product, available through AnglerPass. Site conditions vary. Customers are responsible for confirming site suitability, permitting, and compliance with local code, including wind, frost, soil, snow-load, and solar-exposure requirements. Displayed prices include an estimated allowance for standard delivery within the contiguous United States; remote-area, limited-access, Alaska, Hawaii, island, and special freight charges may be quoted separately. Third-party service pricing and availability may change, and customers contract directly with Starlink and any optional third-party providers. In-development and planned modules (Territory Remote Water, Access, Wildlife, Environment, the Territory Remote Dashboard, and the Property Stewardship Agent) are not included in, or guaranteed to be available for, the base stations, and are not represented as available products. Estimated flow requires site-specific calibration and is not a substitute for a certified hydrologic gauge. Submitting a configuration through the order configurator creates a non-binding interested order only — no payment is collected or implied, and Territory Remote will confirm availability, freight, site requirements, and final pricing before any order is accepted. No guarantee is made of uninterrupted operation; performance depends on solar exposure, weather, terrain, connectivity, and power. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own Starlink subscription and for ensuring camera use complies with applicable privacy and surveillance laws.
